Earlsdon Primary School

Under the Equalities Act 2010, all schools have a duty to publish information to demonstrate how they are complying with the PSED (Public Sector Equalities Duty) – this information must include, in particular, information relating to people who share a protected characteristic, such as race, gender, religion etc. Schools must also prepare and publish equality objectives.

As a school we have developed the following objectives:

  •  to offer the best learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of all our pupils ensuring that all pupils make good progress and attain well regardless of their protected characteristics
  • to promote and enhance community cohesion and a sense of shared belonging in the school and in the school’s neighbourhood.

These objectives tie in with our school improvement priorities and our school ethos.
