SCHOOL UNIFORM

We strongly encourage all of our pupils to wear school uniform and have kept branded items to a minimum.

Sweatshirts, cardigans, polo shirts and fleeces with the school logo can be purchased at local uniform stockists, but these are optional.

Generic items including grey trousers, grey skirts/ dresses, white polo shirts, plain navy jumpers and cardigans are widely available.

We strongly encourage all children to wear:

• Navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan (school logo is optional)
• White or navy blue polo shirt or white school shirt (school logo is optional)
• Grey or black trousers, skirt, shorts or pinafore dress
• Plain black school shoes.

P.E kits

We aim to keep costs to a minimum for families and would like children to wear this clothing for P.E:

• Plain white t-shirt or plain white polo shirt (school logo is optional)
• Plain black or navy shorts
• Plain black or navy leggings/ jogging bottoms
• Navy school sweatshirt or cardigan
• Pumps or trainers.

Some children prefer to wear a navy hoodie as part of their P.E kit, but we would like to request that these are plain and do not include any sports logos or branding. 

Pre-loved uniform

We have a wide range of pre-loved uniform available for families.

The PTA hold regular pre-loved uniform sales, but if parents require uniform at any time during the school year, please contact the school office and a selection of items will be provided. 

Labels

It is essential that ALL items of clothing are clearly named. If you write your child’s name inside items of clothing, please re-label regularly as writing fades in the wash.

Jewellery

Jewellery should not be worn to school. Digital or analogue watches may be worn, but please ensure that children who have Smart watches leave these at home.

Children with pierced ears may wear small, plain studs but not hoops.

Make-up and nail varnish are not appropriate for school.
