Earlsdon Primary School

Children are invited to come to school on Friday 29th April wearing something green where possible- please do not go out and buy green clothing just for this day in school. Rather than donating £1, we would really appreciate donations of:

 Indoor plants
 Outdoor plants
 Herbs
 Seed packets
 Wildflower seeds
 Compost
 Windchimes
 Suet balls or bird seed (no nuts)

These donations will help maintain and develop our green areas inside school, the school garden and on the playground. We are planning on creating a sensory garden area that children can access at playtimes and lunchtimes, which will help increase biodiversity on the playground and will have a positive impact on children’s wellbeing and enhance their connection with nature

Challenge
  • Come to the edge. We might fall. Come to the edge. It's too high! Come to the edge. And they came, and he pushed, and they flew. Christopher Iogne
Resilience
  • Resilience comes from the Latin word 'resalire', which means springing back.
Responsibility
  • You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make. Jane Goodall
