Earlsdon Primary School

Partnerships

We work in partnership with a wide range of organisations to enrich and enhance our curriculum.

Royal Opera House

We work very closely with the Royal Opera House's Create and Dance team to ensure that our dance provision is innovative and creative. We are very proud that our partnership with the Royal Opera House was recognised with a Pearson National Teaching Award in 2022.

Changemaker Programme

We are currently working with school partners on a Commonwealth Games legacy programme to develop sports leaders. We are working with Riverbank Academy; Finham Park 2; Moseley Primary School and Corpus Christi Primary School.

UNESCO

We are honoured to be a member of the UNESCO Associated Schools Network. This is a global network of millions of students, teachers and wider school communities, who are committed to promoting and transmitting UNESCO´s values through education. We are currently representing the UK in the UNESCO Memory of the World school's initiative.

Shakespeare Birthplace Trust

We are delighted to be a partner of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust. This partnership has recently led to our Year 6 pupils doing a dance performance of Romeo and Juliet in Coventry City centre during Shakespeare Week 2022. Our Year 2 pupils worked on a project linked to The Tempest. The sculptures that the pupils created were displayed in New Place, Stratford-Upon-Avon over the Summer in 2022.

Lawn Tennis Association

We have a close partnership with the LTA and we have developed inclusive tennis hubs in Coventry that provide personalised tennis opportunities for pupils with disabilities and additional needs. Please contact our school office if you would like more information about inclusive sport opportunities.

Coventry Cultural Education Partnership

We work closely with the Coventry CEP to provide oustanding arts and cultural opportunities to young people in Coventry. We are happy to offer advice to any schools who would like to review their cultural provision.

Challenge
  • Come to the edge. We might fall. Come to the edge. It's too high! Come to the edge. And they came, and he pushed, and they flew. Christopher Iogne
Resilience
  • Resilience comes from the Latin word 'resalire', which means springing back.
Responsibility
  • You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make. Jane Goodall
