Earlsdon Primary School

Four weeks ago, one of our pupils was concerned about the elderly and vulnerable during this difficult time. With the support of her mum, Jorgie set up a Crowd Funding Page called ' A Little Bag of Happiness' to raise some money to buy items for those that needed it most.

Jorgie set herself a target of £200 but managed to raise a whopping £561! Coventry and Warwickshire radio found out about her idea and she spoke on the radio to explain what she was doing. Since then Jorgie has been bagging up all the items that her mother has purchased with all of the funds. So far she has helped 26 people who have been affected by the virus!

Jorgie's family are so proud of her and so are the teachers and staff at Earlsdon Primary School!

Well done Jorgie, we think you are a super star, and your community are lucky to have you. Thank you for letting us share your story!
