Earlsdon Primary School

A reminder that Sports Day for Year 1-Year 6 children is being held on Tuesday 15th July (1pm-3pm) at King Henry V111 School (Spencer Road entrance).

• On this day we will be serving a buffet lunch for children who have a school dinner.

• The event will finish at 3pm allowing time for parents to collect siblings in Reception. Reception staff are aware that some parents may be a few minutes late to collect.

• Children in Year 1– Year 6 need to come to school wearing their school P.E kit: plain navy/ black shorts and a plain white t-shirt or white polo shirt as well as their trainers!

• Please avoid sending the children to school with school bags and rucksacks on this day, so they have less to carry to King Henry’s.

• Unless your child has a pre-booked place at after school club or a sports club, they must be collected from King Henry’s at 3pm.

We are looking forward to an active and fun afternoon and hope you can join us!
