As we approach the end of term, it’s the time of the school year when we start to think about saying farewell to our Year 6 children and to staff who are leaving, as well as making plans for the year ahead. We are saying farewell to Mrs Fenerty who is retiring after teaching at Earlsdon for 27 years, Mrs Roughton who is retiring after supporting children at lunchtime for 15 years and Mrs Blundy who is retiring after 24 years of supporting children as a Teaching Assistant. We are also saying farewell to Mrs Ashmore who, after teaching at Earlsdon for 8 years, has secured a new job at a local school and to Mrs Cook who has decided to have a career change after supporting children in our school for the last 8 years. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hard work and dedication to all of the children within our school over many years and wish them much happiness in their new ventures. We will be welcoming new staff to the school team in September.
