    There has been a buzz of excitement around school this week. The Year 5 and 6 children have submitted their applications for various roles, short interviews have been held and some appointments have been made! Good luck to all of the children with their new positions of responsibility.

  • Royal Opera Accreditation

    We were very honoured to be one of the first ten schools nationally to be accredited as a Royal Ballet and Opera Partner School. The presentation was made at the Royal Opera House this week. The accreditation recognises the long- standing collaboration we have with Royal Ballet and Opera and our commitment to ensuring that all children have access to a high quality arts curriculum.

  • STEM project

    We have been invited to participate in an RAF Glider Design competition. A small team from Year 5 will work alongside secondary school students at West Coventry Academy for the next month. After half term they will take part in a national competition which will put their gliders to the test! Good luck to the pupils involved in this exciting STEM project.

  • Coffee Morning

    Everyone is welcome to our next coffee morning on Friday 18th October be?tween 9am-9.45am. Please come along and chat to Mrs Bloomfield and Mrs Clarke and find out how the pastoral team supports our children.

  • Parent Meetings

    We are looking forward to holding the Autumn term parent / teacher meetings on Monday 21st October and Wednesday 23rd October. Parents will receive information about the online booking system over the next few days.

  • Harvest Charity Donations

    As part of our Harvest celebrations we will be collecting items for the warm welcome space in Earlsdon Library. The library is at the heart of our community and we would like to support them in helping people who appreciate a hot drink and a snack during the cold winter months. If you feel able to make a small donation, we will be collecting teabags, coffee, pot noodles, cuppa soups and individually wrapped biscuits from Monday 21st– Wednesday 23rd October; the children will deliver the donations to the library before half term. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

  • Japan Arts Mile

    As part of our participation in the Japan Art Mile project, Year 6 students had the opportunity to work with pupils at Ogawa School in Japan. Both schools shared presentations and answered questions about school life in Japan and the UK. We are looking forward to seeing the shared mural based on the Sustainable Development Goals

  • PTA News

    The PTA have set a new date for their AGM. Please join them in school on Thursday 17th October at 7.30pm. The PTA would love to have lots of parents join them at the AGM to review last year and to start planning the events for the year ahead. We look forward to welcoming you to the meeting and to receiving your input into future plans.

  • Milsey's family event

    We are delighted to be working with Millsy's on an exciting project linked to our allotment and our careers programme. Our pupils will be running a pizza night for families on Wednesday 6 th November. Pupils have applied for a range of roles including marketing, graphic design, chefs and front of house. More information about this unique opportunity is coming soon!
