Last week parents should have received information via parent mail about Fiction Express. It is an online reading resource that we have subscribed to. Your child can access a range of texts, take part in quizzes and also comment on the book that they have read. Admin were able to see that 149 children logged in over the weekend, well done! If your child has not yet had their login sent home please speak to the class teacher.

Look at this amazing bunting from the Year 6 textiles unit based on the Make do and Mend ethos. The children used the running and back stitch to sew a seam and add a symbol of Peace and Reconciliation.
  • Alex T Smith

A few years ago Earlsdon Primary was lucky enough to welcome Alex Smith a local author to our school to speak to the children about being an illustrator and author, he spoke about his influences, family and his pets. Alex did a workshop with the children and did some illustrations with the children. This week we found the treasured illustrations and have put them in our library area for all of the children to see.

  • Spare clothes

    Tue 07 Jan 2020
Donations of children’s socks, pants, tights, trousers, tops and vests of various sizes are welcomed by the Reception and KS1 staff. During the winter months we have a lot of sickness and require ample changes of clothing for our pupils. The wet weather also means that we get lots of wet socks and damp trousers. If you are having a tidy and a sort out, please think of us as our spares are running low.
  • Consultation meetings

    Tue 07 Jan 2020

Parent consultation meetings are Tuesday 18th February and Thursday 20th February. The office staff will notify you in due course when the booking system is open.

  • PE kits

    Tue 07 Jan 2020
Please ensure all children have their PE kits in school ready for their lessons this week.  Kits were sent home at the end of last term for a wash and a check.
