  • Malvern Show

    We are delighted that allotment pumpkins grown by the children won third place at the prestigious Malvern Show.

  • UNESCO awards

    Fri 03 Oct 2025

    On Tuesday our allotment leaders were invited to attend a UNESCO awards ceremony where they were very pleased to accept first place on behalf of the school for a film about our allot-ment project. Judges included artist Sir Antony Gormley, Hugh Quarshi and Andrew Hochhauser. The prize money will be used to buy equipment for our new community kitchen. We would like to say a special thank you to Paul Lumsden for doing the filming and editing.

  • Clubs

    We are pleased to let you know that most of our clubs have now started. We have a few more starting up including our popular Saturday table tennis clubs, Mandarin club and Japanese club. This term we have been able to offer some new clubs including animation club and dance club. We continue to listen to the children’s ideas for new clubs.

  • The Street Take Over Night

    We are very grateful to The Street restaurant for giving us the opportunity to run two takeover evenings on 29th September and 6th October. This project is linked to our allotment and our careers programme. If you haven’t bought tickets, please contact the school office as soon as possible. All profits will be donated to the school and will help us to develop our community kitchen.

  • Open Days

    We are holding Open Mornings on 1st October and 14 November. These are for parents looking for a Reception school place in September 2026. Places can be booked via the school office.

  • Parent / Teacher meetings

    We are looking forward to holding the Autumn term parent / teacher meetings on Wednesday 22nd October and Thursday 23rd October. More information about how to book an appointment will be sent out nearer the time. Please save the date!

  • Book Bus

    Tue 30 Sep 2025

    We are very excited to be hosting a visit from the Book Bus on Monday. All children will get the opportunity to go on the Book Bus to visit the book fair. At the end of the school day, the bus will move from the playground on to the car park and parents are very welcome to visit it from 3.15—4pm. As a thank you for hosting the bus, the school will receive books for our libraries

  • PTA

    At Earlsdon Primary School we are very lucky to have a fantastic Parent Teacher Association. The PTA Organises many fundraising events and social events that help to subsidise the cost of school trips. They also raise money to help with larger projects and they were able to make a substantial donation to the building of our new community kitchen. All parents are very welcome to join the PTA and come to meetings and volunteer at fundraising events. Please come along to the AGM on Monday 22nd September at The Cottage, Earlsdon at 7.30pm. You will meet other parents and find out about opportunities to help the school.

    The Street Takeover

     

    We are very excited to be working with The Street restaurant in Earlsdon. On 29 Sept and 6 Oct our pupils will be running takeover events to raise money for the school. Tickets will be on sale very soon and we expect them to sell out quickly!

     

    Save the date: Friday 10h October 3.30-5.30pm

     

    We are holding a Pumpkin Party at our school allotment on Friday 10th October from 3.30 - 5pm. We will be serving soup made from the pumpkins grown by the children and there will be fun activities to join in with. We will be having an official opening of our new learning shelter at 4pm. Everyone is welcome so please come and join us at this family event.

  • Rail200

    New murals depicting rail through the ages have been unveiled at Leamington Spa Station, one week ahead of the modern railway’s 200th anniversary. Unveiled near platforms 3 and 4 at the station, the murals capture the historic bicentenary, which began with the opening of the Stockton and Darlington Railway on September 27, 1825.The artworks - funded by Chiltern Railways’ Community Investment Fund - were created by local artist Katie O’Sullivan in collab?oration with pupils from Earlsdon Primary School and Westgate Primary School. The project was led by the Heart of England Community Rail Partnership.
