  • The Body Coach

    For those of you who would like to get the children doing a little bit more exercise and get moving, Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) does week day workouts every day for the children at 9am. He has been doing them since the start of lockdown. Each session happens daily and on a Friday he welcomes everyone to dress up.
