Anyone needing free school meal support for children during the half term holiday should call 08085 834 333 Monday to Friday. This number has been issued by The Coventry Food Network, which is supported by Coventry City Council.
In addition there are a list of venues offering free school meals for children this half term:
The Bagington Oak (with a paying adult)
Keogh's Coffee Shop on Beech Tree Avenue
Richards Kitchen in Earlsdon
The Virgins and Castle Kenilworth
Please help us to keep our school community safe by keeping your distance from other parents as you wait to come onto the school site. Several parents have raised their concern that large groups of parents are meeting together at the school gate,
joining their friends in the queue and not keeping their distance. We recognise that there is limited space both on the school site and in the immediate area around school, but please remain at a safe distance from each other and keep the one way
pathway clear so there can be a steady flow of children and parents at the beginning and end of the day.
Thank you
Due to the restrictions of COVID and in an effort to protect our children, staff and school community, we will not be holding our usual open mornings for prospective families for reception
classes in September 2021. We understand that this is an important decision for families and so we will be offering online parents meetings. The first two dates are 9th November at 4pm
and 25th November at 2pm.
Please share these dates with friends and family members and
encourage them to register their interest by emailing: admin@earlsdon.coventry.sch.uk
The office are in the process of setting up parent evening consultations a few classes at a time. So far we have set up 3W,4H,5G,6SG and 6HA, once your child's class has been set up, we will send an email with the link to the booking system for you to follow. Please note this may be two or three weeks as the evenings are taking place between Monday 12th October and Thursday 12th November.
Kind regards
School office
