We are very excited to be part of the DfE Opening Schools' Facilities project which will enable us to run more after school sports clubs next year. It has also provided us with additional equipment including three table tennis tables, archery sets and boxercise equipment. We have been awarded a Go Parks commission which will enable us to run inclusive tennis sessions at Spencer Park. We have also been asked by the LTA to run a city-wide deaf tennis festival in Deaf Awareness Week in May.
We have all been very excited to see our second pop-up
library which is situated on a spaceship in the playground. The
children have been enjoying reading fiction and nonfiction books with a space theme

As you are aware, we provide weekly learning updates for each year group on the newsletter (which is also saved
onto the school website) and also regular updates on Twitter to help ensure that we share the range of learning and activities the children are accessing in school. Our website has been updated to include the Summer term curriculum information for parents.
Please have a look in your child’s year group in the Children’s section of our website so you know what learning is
planned for this term.
