  • Well done, Lucas!

    Mon 19 Jul 2021

Many of our children speak other languages at home, and we are very impressed with their language skills. Lucas (1H) speaks Portuguese and has just won a UK-wide competition for the best
video made in Portuguese about a children's book.

He received a special prize from the Portuguese Ambassador.
    Parabéns, Lucas

  • Year 6

    Mon 19 Jul 2021

We are very proud of our year 6 children and sorry to be saying farewell to them as they leave Earlsdon and move onto their new secondary schools. The children have enjoyed a few end of year events such as a day at Rough Close and a trip to the West Midlands Safari Park. Year 6 confidently performed the Iliad as their end of year play and this was recorded and
shared with their families– well done year 6.

The children are joining a variety of secondary schools including Finham Park, Finham 2, Coundon Court, West Coventry Academy, Stratford Grammar, Barrs Hill, King Henry V111, Blue Coat, President Kennedy, Exhall Grange, Kenilworth, Westwood, Southam, Nicholas Chamberlain and Bablake. We are very proud of everything they have achieved and know they will be an asset to their new schools!

  • School Uniform

    Mon 19 Jul 2021

    School uniform
As you start to think about the new academic year, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind families of our school and P.E uniform. Please remember to label all of your children’s school uniform- our lost property box is overflowing with unnamed school sweatshirts, cardigans and P.E hoodies.

    School shoes
Please remember, before you buy new shoes for your child/ children, that they should be wearing black shoes
without any colours or logos. If you are buying a ‘trainer’ style school shoes, please ensure they are completely
black– we have been seeing school shoes with coloured stripes and soles on a daily basis this term.

    P.E kit
We would like to take this opportunity to remind parents that the children should be wearing a P.E kit in our school colours. Please ensure that they wear plain navy, black or grey shorts or jogging bottoms, a plain white t-shirt and a plain navy, black or grey sweatshirt or hoodie. We do not want parents to have any additional expense. In preparing the children for their P.E sessions and as such would like to suggest that the children wear their school uniform sweatshirt/ cardigan, a school white t-shirt and plain shorts or jogging bottoms on P.E days.
In addition, please do not buy trainers specifically for P.E lessons– they can use the trainers they already have
