  • Spring Term Parent Meetings

    Sun 30 Jan 2022

We are keen to celebrate the children’s learning during the Spring term parent/teacher meetings. We were hoping that we these could have been face to face meetings, but unfortunately as we have had several confirmed cases of COVID each day this month, we don’t feel that we are currently in the position to invite parents into school. After seeking advice from the LA and Public Health England we have decided to organise telephone meetings. We recognise that this decision may be disappointing, but once the situation has settled we will review
our position and hope to hold open evenings for all year groups before the Easter holiday (week beginning 28th
    March and 4th April).

More information about the booking system will be sent to families over the next week. Please be aware that
when teachers contact families it may be displayed as an unknown number on parent’s phone screen.

    Parent/teacher meetings will be held between 3pm - 6pm.

Please look out for an email informing you that the booking system has been set up for your child's class.

  • Covid Update

    Tue 25 Jan 2022

As the rules around self isolation have changed several times, we appreciate that it can be confusing. Earlier in the
week we emailed this image to everyone in the hope that it would help make things clearer. Please support us in keeping everyone healthy and able to learn in school by emailing notification of your child’s 2 consecutive negative lateral flow tests via
the parent email, prior to your child returning to school

  • Windows Update

    Tue 25 Jan 2022

Thank you for your patience as the work continues on replacing all of the old wooden windows in school. We appreciate that the site becomes very congested at the end of the school day and the construction work is making the site even more challenging. Weather permitting, the contractors will be starting to work on the front of the building over the next few weeks. We are very pleased with the sensible attitude of the children as they have been based in the hall when their classroom has been
closed due to the window replacement. We still have a few months of disruption ahead of us, but know it will all be worth in in the end. Thank you once again for your support.
