On Thursday 23rd Reception children will be taking part in Elmer day, so they are invited to wear multicoloured clothes to school to celebrate 35 years of Elmer. We welcome the rest of the children to wear comfy clothes for Book Trust and can bring their favourite book to school, to share with their peers. £1.00 donations will be going to our charity of choice.

Congratulations to all pupils in Year 4 for taking part in the LTA

impressed with their excellent sporting attitudes and fantastic
    tennis and boccia skills.

Well done to all of the children who contributed to our poppy display again this year– it looks beautiful. A huge thank you to the group of parents who worked creatively to put the display together and fund some of the materials for the silhouette of the solider.

  • City of Culture Window Design Winners

    Sun 07 Nov 2021
In October, some pupils in Year 2 and Year 6 took part in a City of Culture design competition. Their brief was to design a shop window that reflected their hopes for the city in the future. We were thrilled to learn that Mili in Year 2 was the overall winner of the Key Stage 1 competition and that architects will be using her design to create a city centre shop window early next year. Many congratulations also to Lucy for coming second in the Key Stage 1 competition and to Elmas for coming second in the Key Stage 2 competition. We are very proud of the children for this fantastic achievement.
