On Thursday 23rd Reception children will be taking part in Elmer day, so they are invited to wear multicoloured clothes to school to celebrate 35 years of Elmer. We welcome the rest of the children to wear comfy clothes for Book Trust and can bring their favourite book to school, to share with their peers. £1.00 donations will be going to our charity of choice.

The ‘Peace and Reconciliation’ sculptures created by our Year 6 children are now on display in the Herbert Art Gallery and  Museum. Well done children– they look amazing!

  • Curriculum Information

    Fri 04 Feb 2022

We enjoy celebrating the children’s learning on a weekly basis on our school newsletters– we hope this is helpful for parents. To find out more information about the learning for the term, please visit the class pages of the school website.

  • City of Culture Window's Project

    Fri 04 Feb 2022

We were very pleased to welcome an architect from RIBA back to Earlsdon to work with pupils in Year 2.  The architect worked with the children to create the window display that one of our pupils designed last term. The Show Window will be installed in the window of Oodles, 28 The Burges, Coventry on 16th February and it will be in place for 6 weeks.  If you get chance to visit it, please share your photos with us.

  • P.E Kits

    Fri 04 Feb 2022

We are starting to see some children wearing sweatshirts and jogging bottoms/ leggings in a range of colours and with large logos. Please support us by ensuring that the children attend school wearing their P.E kit in school colours and without logos.

We do not want parents to incur additional costs when buying plain P.E clothing and would therefore like to offer a gentle reminder that school uniform t-shirts and sweatshirts/ cardigan are appropriate to wear on P.E days.
